GLOBED call for applications and Erasmus Mundus
Unlock a world of educational opportunities with GLOBED! The Erasmus+ framework is your gateway until 2029, offering the chance to opt for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship. Applications for GLOBED Edition IX are open from January 12 to February 19, 2024.
How to apply
- Create a UAB ID Number:
- If you’ve studied at UAB, you have an ID; if not, fill in your details here.
- Application Portal:
- Select “Master in Education Policies for Global Development (GLOBED)” during the open period.
- Fill in Details:
- Complete personal and academic sections.
- Upload Documents:
- Passport scan
- Europass CV
- Bachelor’s diploma and transcript
- English Certificate (TOEFL, Cambridge, or IELTS)

- Essay:
- Write an essay based on Academic Board instructions.
- Motivation Letter:
- Keep it to one page.
- Recommender Details:
- Provide PDF with contact details of two recommenders.
- Erasmus Sworn Declaration:
- Mandatory for Erasmus+ scholarship applicants.
- Download Admission:
- Confirm the successful completion of your application.
- Appeal for Non-Selected Applicants:
If you wish to challenge the GLOBED Selection Board Committee’s decision, you can appeal from 12 to 19 April for the call for Erasmus Mundus scholarships, and from 31 May to 7 June for the self-funded call, and bring new elements to your application.
The Appeal Form must be sent to the Consortium at the following address: info@globed.eu. Any appeal will be considered with particular attention.
After the appeal period, the GLOBED Selection Board Committee will disclose the final list of accepted students and will inform all candidates who had issued an appeal letter.
