Position Overview: Program Analyst
As a Program Analyst with The Luminos Fund, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our educational initiatives. Based in Accra with potential for remote work from London, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Teaching and Learning and teams across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing teaching materials and curricula for foundational literacy and numeracy programs.
- Supporting Trainings of Trainers and teacher trainings to enhance program delivery.
- Designing assessments and contributing to structured pedagogy.
- Managing specific programs, including contract management and donor reporting.
- Providing research support on teaching and learning methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics, Global Education, or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in nonprofit, private, or public sectors, preferably in international education.
- Proficiency in at least one of the government-sponsored Ghanaian languages (oral and written).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in low-resource contexts.
- Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and across different time zones.
