Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Professional Fellows Program, applicants must:
- Be citizens and residents of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Serbia, Turkey, or Ukraine.
- Demonstrate expertise in government, civil society, or the private sector related to the program theme.
- Have a minimum of two years of professional experience.
- Be proficient in English.
- Be between 25 and 35 years old.
