Apply to the GenderPro Capacity Building Programme
Application now open for GenderPro Capacity Building Course Spring 2024
Applications opened on October 1st, 2023 and will close on November 20th, 2023.
If you applied for the Fall 2023 cohort before it was canceled, your application will be automatically considered for Spring 2024. Please contact the Global Women’s Institute (gwomen@gwu.edu) for any questions.
You will need the following documents to complete your application:
- Personal Statement – The personal statement should explain to the selection committee your interest in this program and how you will apply the program skills in your job.
- Resume/CV – Please upload your latest resume or CV.
- Proof of Bachelor’s or Higher Degree – Proof of a Bachelor’s degree or higher may include an unofficial transcript or a picture of your degree.
The total cost of the course is $2500. Payment will be due after acceptance to the course, but before the course begins.
We are committed to working toward making this course as accessible as possible. GenderPro offers a finite number of scholarships to colleagues who are living and working in the Global South at smaller, local or regional organisations. If your employer is not able to sponsor your participation and you believe you may fit the criteria for a scholarship, please note that you would like to be considered for a scholarship in your personal statement.
*Please note that we have a greater scholarship need for applicants who fit these criteria every cohort than we have availability, so we are not able to guarantee a scholarship for every applicant request.
