McKinsey is excited to present “Make Your Mark,” a pre-MBA mentorship programme dedicated to our commitment to developing outstanding leaders and promoting diversity. This programme is designed for incoming UK and INSEAD MBA students interested in joining our participating global offices.

What to Expect:
- A guaranteed first-round interview for either a summer internship or a full-time role.
- Opportunities to connect with McKinsey colleagues and members of our diversity networks.
- Monthly mentoring sessions with a McKinsey consultant.
- Insight into the consulting profession, recruiting tips, and interview coaching sessions.
- An opportunity to build a peer network with fellow MBA students.
- Deep dives into the areas of McKinsey’s work that interest you the most.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Admitted to a full-time MBA programme in the UK or at INSEAD (25J), starting in Q3 2024.
- Identifying as part of McKinsey Black Network (MBN), McKinsey LGBTQ+ Network (EQUAL), McKinsey Women, or Prism (First generation and social mobility).
How to Apply: Submit the following by July 25th, 2024:
- Your CV in English.
- A cover letter with a 500-word essay about your leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving experiences.
- Up to 3 office or practice preferences.
- Completion of our digital assessment, Solve.
