Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical sales specialist with a strong engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and communication talents. The position will require extensive travel in Mexico and the United States, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders in Mexico and the US. 3.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends. 4.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and industry events. 5.Work with engineering team to understand technical aspects of products and services for effective marketing. 6.Manage and oversee marketing campaigns and promotions. 7.Provide regular reports on sales performance and market analysis. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 3-4 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the electric vehicle and energy storage industries. 2. Experience in international business environment, strong project management skills. 3. Proactive and results-oriented mindset 4. Strong adaptability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). 6. Ability to accept extensive travel within Mexico and the United States.
