What is the JPA Program?
As a JPA, you will utilize your strong analytical skills, research expertise, and technical knowledge to address some of the world’s most pressing development challenges. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the JPA program, you must:
- Be 32 years of age or younger
- Hold a bachelor’s degree
- Be fluent in English
The JPA program is highly competitive. Candidates who are actively considered for positions may be required to present academic transcripts and professional references. Note: A JPA assignment does not guarantee continued employment at the World Bank Group. After completing the three-year JPA contract, candidates may apply for competitive term employment assignments with no cooling-off period.
