Location: Bonn, Germany

Role: Associate Programme Officer in the Adaptation division, Review subdivision

Responsibilities:

  • Support the procedural and technical work of the Adaptation Committee.
  • Assist in the intergovernmental process and intersessional events.
  • Coordinate and engage with stakeholders.
  • Draft and prepare documentation, reports, and informational products.
  • Organize and present at workshops or expert group meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced university degree in economics, social sciences, environmental studies, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in climate change, sustainable development, or social issues.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a second official UN language is desirable.
