- 8+ years of demonstrated experience working with related home HVAC industry - Strong knowledge and expertise in various building control technologies, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, access control, and energy management systems will be preferred. - Familiarity with local, state, and national regulations and codes related to home HVAC ,ensuring compliance in all projects - Strong network and relationships within the US market, including dealers, contractors, distributors, and relevant industry stakeholders. - Experience working with remote teams and working in a global/multicultural environment is a plus.
