Job Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities: 1. Develop overall channel business strategies for the Japanese market to achieve success in bothshort-term and long-term on Phone Accessories and Home Appliances products; 2. Execute the strategy across teams yielding growth, profitability, and channel loyalty on the product line; 3. Develop the channel business network and enhance relationships with key accounts, including but not limited to major network operators, distributors, big-box retailers and regional retailers; 4. Work jointly with the channel operation team to manage purchase orders, fulfillment performance, inventory forecasts and a healthy pricing environment; 5. Work across teams to generate channel marketing ideas and projects to maximise sales in retail channels; 6. Gather Japanese market intelligence, conduct market research, competitive analysis on Phone Accessories and Home Appliances market as input to product management team and as basis for further business strategies. Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 2. Over 5 years of sales experience and account management in Japan; 3. Previous experience with analyzing information, strategic planning and process improvement， familiar with the Japanese commercial culture; 4. Target and result-oriented, has strong motivation to achieve project success in a timely manner.
