Job Responsibilities

About The Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated HRBP to join our team in Guangzhou, China. The ideal candidate will have interests or professional working experience in human resources. As a HRBP, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of HR-related tasks for our overseas operations (Mainly in the US and Canada). You will work closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth running of all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and benefits administration.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; - Strong understanding of HR functions and local employment laws in North America; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks; - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; - Strong organizational and time management skills; Preferred Qualifications: - Experience studying or working in a multicultural environment - Knowledge of other languages, proficient in Mandarin is a plus. - Strong interest in HR and passion for people management
