Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Guangzhou, China. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources or business partnering. Preference will be given to candidate who is from the US or Canada. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of HR-related tasks for our overseas operations (Mainly in the US and Canada). You will work closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth running of all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Job Requirements

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; - Strong understanding of HR functions and local employment laws; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks; - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; - Strong organizational and time management skills; Preferred Qualifications: - Experience studying or working in a multicultural environment - Knowledge of other languages, conversational Mandarin is a plus; - Strong interest in HR and passion for people management We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
