Job Responsibilities

1. Devise and execute marketing automation flows to nurture leads and convert them into subscribers of our brand 2. Reduce churn rate on customers by planning and executing CRM campaigns with the help of project team and implementing an effective user segmentation/clustering strategy 3. Planning and executing relevant direct marketing campaigns for special offers based on brand official website for our international customer base 4. Coordinating all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders, e.g. planning, content creation, data etc. 5. Managing and optimizing existing automated campaigns as well as creating new ones 6. Identifying audiences and target groups to deliver the most relevant content to in order to engage, retain and maximize customer lifetime value A/B Testing and optimizing all campaigns and contents 7. Working with the rest of the CRM team and marketing team (User acquisition, Content marketing, Growth marketing) to define a multi-channel communication strategy for all customers and to improve and synchronize the customer journey and satisfaction 8. Ensure implementation of brand’s content marketing strategy, including EDM, Blog Post, Web page planning and generating (with an SEO oriented approach) 9. Identify, test and execute innovations around both content creation and content distribution 10. Have a content repurposing strategy, same piece of content used across different channels, and tailored to different users (acquisition and retention)

Job Requirements

Qualifications 1. At least 3 years of experience in DTC CRM, including a proven experience in managing digital campaigns 2. You have used campaign management and analytics tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Adjust, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar 3. You have analysed customer data, built segments and created engagement programs 4.You are result-driven, communicative personality with attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 5.Understanding of retention metrics and KPIs 6. You are familiar with loyalty and retention programs 7. Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical 8. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels 9. You are familiar with Agile methodologies and work environment and can work with multiple agile teams focused on different initiatives at the same time 10. You are proactive, enthusiastic and like to create things 11.
