Job Responsibilities

Base on: India NOTE: The candidate will have a traning in China in 2020 first and then base on India after the end of the c.o.v.i.d-19. 1. Coordinate resources, solve abnormal production problems, and ensure production schedule and delivery; 2. Control the 4M1E at the production site to ensure the operation of the production quality system; 3. Safety control at the production site, establishing and perfecting a safety production management system; 4. Team building and subordinate training.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time college degree or above; more than three years of production management experience; 2. Familiar with related management tools, such as Lean\TPM\5W2H\PDCA\SPC\5WHY, etc.; 3. Good communication and management skills; 4. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
