Job Responsibilities 1.Own all aspects of shaping italki's SEO practices, including on-page, off-page and technical optimizations 2.Drive effective SEO content programming for websites, social media, blogs etc. 3.Work closely with the development team and drive SEO initiatives so they're executed according to the requirements and deadlines 4.Proactively gather insights to increase organic value across different platforms (website, app, app stores, social media etc.) 5.Monitor and report on SEO performance 6.Perform regular SEO audits using tools such as Moz, ahrefs, SemRush etc. 7.Work closely with the marketing team and vendors to continuously optimize the content strategy 8.Manage vendors and provide clear briefing on project requirements 9.Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 1.Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or similar 2.0-2 years experience in SEO, website development or related 3.Experience with website analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SemRush) 4.Proven experience at successfully managing and implementing SEO initiatives 5.Demonstrated ability to gather information, prioritize initiatives, and achieve results on time 6.Strong technical skills to drive technical SEO enhancements and able to connect and brief technical teams 7.Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset 8.Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environment 9.Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English Required Languages English, Chinese
