Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct internal and external demand research and management according to the market trend, product life cycle, technology development trend and company strategy of furniture soft decoration industry and bathroom industry; 2. Led the team to complete the research and development of new product lines; 3. Participated in the company's product strategic planning project to achieve the company's sales target in the coming year; 4. Responsible for the project management in the concept and planning stage, coordinating the project work of research and development, procurement, quality, planning, manufacturing, operation and other related positions; 5. Led the completion of new product business plan, product route list and customer demand list; 6. Managed product life cycle management, responsible for product optimization and iteration.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Have North American work experience, which requires more than 3 years of North American market home/bathroom product development experience, soft decoration design experience is preferred; 3. First-class aesthetic, deep insight into the home/bathroom industry based on the user perspective; 4. Have business thinking and market orientation, familiar with cross-border e-commerce market and American consumer thinking;
