Job Responsibilities

·Contribute to the development of the mid-term brand strategy; ·Define brand positioning in collaboration with the group leader and partners; ·Define communication strategies and business action plans; ·Be proactive and creative to improve marketing plans; ·Define and implement annual marketing plans; ·Evaluate previous annual marketing plans (quantitative and qualitative results); ·Develop the annual strategy and the brand activation plan in order to achieve the objectives; ·Build and manage the marketing and communication budget with the Manager; ·Be responsible for the marketing mix; ·Present brand action plans to the sales force; ·Work closely with the communications team to develop and implement a communications plan; ·Follow up on goals; ·Ensure the preparation of the activity review; ·Provide reporting, market and competitor analysis, both sell-in and sell-out ·Build and manage a network of agencies, designers, suppliers to be able to execute projects; ·Brief collaborators on Ulike standards of execution and supervise the quality

Job Requirements
