Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing customers with online consulting services and professional and comprehensive overseas study information; 2. Excavate customer needs, develop reasonable overseas study plans, and realize customer signing transformation; 3. Keep in touch with contracted customers, follow up service, maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction;

Job Requirements

1. 1-3 years working experience, bachelor degree or above, sales experience in the same industry or similar industry is preferred; 2. Strong learning ability and self-drive, active in work and able to quickly master relevant business; 3. Interested in education, honest and trustworthy, career-minded and responsible; 4. Overseas study experience is preferred, and Singapore study experience is preferred 5. Have certain basic English ability
