Job Responsibilities

Job Description: 1. A senior management position that assists the decision-making team in formulating the company's development strategy, responsible for short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies within its functional areas, and has a significant impact on the achievement of the company's medium to long-term goals; 2. Fully responsible for domestic company procurement work and formulating company procurement strategies; Including: inquiry, price comparison, signing of procurement contracts, acceptance, evaluation, and payment, feedback and summary work; 3. Develop supplier development and procurement plans, and organize their implementation; 4. Responsible for supplier selection, business negotiations, etc; Organize the evaluation, certification, management, and assessment of suppliers; 5. Plan procurement budget and control procurement costs; Investigate, analyze, and evaluate the target market to determine needs and procurement timing; 6. Establish and maintain a supplier management system.

Job Requirements

Qualification 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in management or logistics related fields; 2. More than 8 years of experience in advertising, exhibition production, and procurement, with rich experience in procurement, construction, and project accounting; Experience as a procurement manager in a foreign-funded enterprise is preferred; 3. Familiar and familiar with the processes of advertising, exhibition, display, and decoration engineering industries, familiar with material procurement costs and production and construction processes; 4. Proficient in procurement principles and cost control, possessing excellent contract negotiation and signing abilities, good decision-making and planning abilities; 5. Having good professional ethics, strong pressure resistance, innovative ability, and good communication skills.
