In China, WilsonHCG is partnering with Club Med to look for the talents who want to travel and experience working in another country. If you and your friends want to experience different "GO" culture, welcome to contact us. 1. providing services to clients by building good relationships with them (restaurant reception and quality of service) 2. organizing and coordinating the team members, assigning them seasonal objectives, monitoring their attitude and behavior in accordance with Club Med's standards 3. manage expenses; increase the profitability of the service team; optimize the budget of the service team; and thus achieve savings. 4. make the atmosphere of the restaurant team warm and friendly; and decorate the restaurant according to the evening theme of the Resort 5. ensure the development of the team members 6. ensuring compliance with Club Med standards and with health and safety procedures

Job Requirements
