Job Responsibilities
1. Take the responsibility for technical support to the domian projects which mostly aim to off-line speciality stores 2. Guide and coordinate with the on-site engineers and other staffs to close the issues. 3. Communicate with the overseas clients and analysis their requirements 4. Update the know-how database

1. Fluency with oral and written English. 2. IT support related experiences above 2 years 3. Good communcation skills
