Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, those who have related industry experience are preferred; 2. Proficient in understanding standard Arabic, Gulf country dialects, and Syrian, Yemeni dialects are preferred (CS in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Syria are preferred); 3. Have experience and skills in customer complaining, be able to handle customer complaints independently and follow up with relevant departments to resolve. 4.Handle complaints and do regular summarize for reporting; 5. Strong sense of service, patience, good communication skills;
