Job Responsibilities
Job Description: 1.Manage the global community team of a game product. 2.Develop overall social media marketing, player relations and original content strategy. 3.Track programs budgets and oversee overall social media and original content budget. 4.Evaluate and lead innovation across platforms and channels, leveraging critical industry insights. 5.Oversee Channel prioritization,PDCA, moment plans to ensure progress toward overall program goals. 6.Partner with Global Brand Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. 7.Maintain and optimize our social media and original content playbook, brand voice and guidelines. 8.Works within strategic communications and other internal departments to ensure cohesio, create synergies and streamline processes.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1.A deep understanding of our core values and vision. 2.5 more years of PR, social , digital marketing experience in games, tech and/or entertainment industry. 3.2 or more years of social media and content marketing focused program oversight. 4.Clever writing and speaking skills in English,excellent communication and project management skills. 5.Team management experience and ability to lead and inspire a team of direct reports in a collaborative manner. 6.Good judgement in navigating and resolving sensitive situations online. 7.Ability to work with remote/international teams to meet joint goals. 8.Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Marketing , Journalism, a related filed, or equivalent. 9.Familiar with Dead by Daylight or Lord of the Rings is preferred.
