Job Responsibilities

1.Learn and establish a report with Guests maintaining good customer relationships and handle all Guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service 2.Learn to personally and frequently verify that Guests are receiving the best possible service 3.Maintains positive Guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships 4.Ensures that Guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat Guests are pre-registered 5.Co-ordinates VIP movements with relevant Departments as advised
