HR Specialist 4K~6K USD Location：Santa Clara，CA MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1.Be resident overseas, responsible for local recruitment in the United States. 2.Collect market information, assist in formulating recruitment plans, and develop recruitment channels. 3.Administer local compensation program, ensuring that employee salaries remain competitive and equitable. 4.Review compensation plan and job classifications for compliance with state and federal law and regulations. 5.Maintain all HR-related policy documents, including Employee Handbook and Work Procedure to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines. 6.Complete other tasks assigned by the headquarter.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Bachelor degree or above. 2.Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer applications(for examples: Excel, Word, O365). 3.Ability to manage multi tasks and be flexible in teamwork and adaptive to changes. 4.Excellent command of the English language, both written andoral. 5.Ability to work with highly confidential information. 6.Legal to work in the United States. BONUS CONDITIONS: 1.Business majors such as human resource management and enterprise management or have some related internship experience. 2.Proficient in Chinese.
