Thiland Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to meet the organization's international procurement needs. Identify potential suppliers in thailand and assess their capabilities. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with thailand suppliers to secure cost-effective agreements. Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain high-quality standards. Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions as needed. Cost Optimization: Monitor market trends and currency fluctuations to identify cost-saving opportunities. Implement strategies to optimize costs without compromising product or service quality. Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Coordinate with supply chain partners to streamline procurement processes. Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with thailand suppliers. Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues to enhance collaboration.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is advantageous. Proven experience in international procurement management. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
